Central Victorian Primary Care Partnership – Project Coordinator

0.4-1.0 EFT – Fixed Term – 12 months

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to work across three Primary Care Partnership areas (Bendigo Loddon PCP, Central Victorian PCP and Campaspe PCP) to support health services to implement the DHHS Healthcare that Counts Framework. This project is in partnership with the Loddon Child and Youth Area Partnership. The project coordinator will work with selected health services applying co-design principles and maintaining a regional service system approach.

This challenging and interesting position will suit a highly motivated individual committed to supporting vulnerable children and high quality care.

This position is available for a 12 month period. Secondments are welcome. The employing organisation for this position can be dependent on suitable applicant’s preference (from either BLPCP, CVPCP or Campaspe PCP office locations).
