This Role

The successful applicant should have a demonstrated ability to work within and support a multidisciplinary team and be committed to proving high quality nursing services. Highly developed communication, problem solving, interpersonal and clinical leadership skills are also required to support the team and to contribute to the delivery of outstanding rehabilitation care.  Qualifications in management and rehabilitation will be considered an advantage.

 Key Selection Criteria

  • Dynamic care planning, problem solving and discharge planning skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of risk management as it pertains to residential aged care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels within and external to the organisation
  • Ability to prioritise, set goals and objectives and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability as a person centred practitioner
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and management of patient flow
