Fixed Term Position – 6 months – 48 hours per fortnight

Castlemaine Health is a proud provider of significant range of local and sub-regional community based services and has a very important role delivering a range of allied health, acute, sub-acute, residential aged care services and a number of outreach services to the community.

This Role

Castlemaine Health is seeking applications for this fixed term position to assist with maintaining, developing and implementing Castlemaine Health’s information systems. The successful applicant will have a strong client focus, great hands-on technical capability, an eye for detail together with problem solving, analytical and time management skills. They must be proactive with a positive attitude and an enthusiastic approach to learning and developing new skills.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and exercise judgement whilst working independently
  • Experience supporting and using Microsoft Office, in particular, Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge and understanding of LAN & WAN networking in a corporate environment.
  • Relevant experience with Windows Server 2008 / 2016, Windows 7/10, Active Directory, Remote Control software
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads at short notice
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desirable – proven experience working in an Information Technology HelpDesk support role
  • Desirable – practical experience with SOE rollouts, Asset Management and maintenance of PC inventories.
