This Role

The Workplace Trainer/Careers Advisor will be responsible for providing essential training and assessment activities for staff covered by the Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Manager and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Agreement 2016-2020, and guidance to employees to support them in progressing through opportunities in line with their chosen career path.

The tasks will include designing learning programs that meet industry expectation and provide meaningful learning experiences, coordinate and deliver work-based learning and best practice delivery modes, design and develop learning resources and liaise with external learning providers

This role will also cover and include travel to Maryborough District Health Service, Maldon Hospital, Heathcote Health and Inglewood and District Health Service.
