This Role

Castlemaine Health is seeking administration assistants for fixed term and casual positions during the COVID-19 pandemic to complete frontline screening services across the hospital. Applicants must also be available to provide support and administration assistance to all departments across the health service including Residential Care, District Nursing, Community Programs, Rehab and Acute and Reception.

The successful applicant will require exceptional customer service skills with flexibility and adaptability to changes in work practices and roster requirements. Your efficient computer skills will equip you for this diverse role as will your ability to work effectively in a busy environment. Demonstrated time management skills are essential for this position along with the availability to work extra hours and weekends as required.
