Stay strong and balanced in Maldon
Dhelkaya Health, in partnership with Maldon Men’s Shed, provide an opportunity for Maldon residents to better understand how to stay strong and balanced on their feet as they age.
Dhelkaya Health Exercise Physiologist Samantha Crook will talk about falls prevention and why this is so important for older people. She will also present some strength training exercises that people can do at home and talk about the group Strength Training opportunities in Maldon.
The talk will be held at the Maldon Men’s Shed and will be open to all Maldon community members (both male and female) who are interested in learning about age-appropriate exercise.
