Respite Club

If you are caring for someone at home, weekly or more frequent centre-based respite (social activities) can be provided.  Respite Club operates on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Harcourt Leisure Centre and includes men’s specific activities.  Priority is given if you are caring for a person with dementia.  Transport is available if needed.

Respite House

An opportunity for planned overnight respite (two or three nights) at a specially designed holiday house in Bendigo with  Adult Day Service staff in attendance.

Carers Club

Peer support and information exchange on the second Monday of the month at Castlemaine Health cafe.

Strength Training for Carers

Keep strong for your caring role.

Facillitated  by a qualified instructor. Optional: go for a cuppa at a local café afterwards.
