- Mount Alexander
- Macedon Ranges
- Central Goldfields.
The CRC provides specialised group programs and individual treatment. Appointments can be arranged in homes for eligible clients.
CRC staff are specialists in delivering allied health services to meet the individual needs and goals of each client.
A small fee applies for CRC services. Fees can be reduced or waived in cases of financial hardship.
Referrals are accepted from:
- clients and their families
- Acute and Subacute (Connolly Rehabilitation)
- health professionals
- other health and community facilities.
Visit the Referrals page to learn more.
Referrals for allied health services sometimes require prioritising and sometimes there is a waiting list. People whose disability places them in a vulnerable situation or who are at risk and cannot access service elsewhere have highest priority. For more information about waiting times, please contact CRC.
