Podiatry

All age groups can access the Podiatry service for an initial assessment.

The Podiatry department works with people to prevent lower extremity amputations. As such, the majority of our time is spent with high-risk patients.

We also address issues of corns, callus, ingrown toenails and sports injuries.

Podiatrists offer advice on how to look after your feet and may prescribe specialist footwear or insoles (orthotics) to assist leg and foot movement.

Our podiatrists also offer specialist services, including winter wax baths, education to community groups, children’s clinics and wound care.
