You’ll have access to Castlemaine Health’s network of experts. You’ll also benefit from the simplicity of a close relationship with one key worker.

Making friends and learning new skills

Being with friends and enjoying life in the community is important. It builds self-esteem, keeps us active and makes us feel connected. Maybe you want to enjoy your favourite activities and meet some new people. Learn a few new skills or become more independent. Take a holiday or learn to drive. We can help you reach your goals and connect with people with similar interests. We can help you develop your independent living skills. We can also provide respite and support for the carers in your life. Link to [Group Activities/Out & Out Club]
